We love international travel for many reasons, and one of them is to get the taste of unfamiliar food. When we visit foreign countries, we like to try local cuisine.

Very often we enjoy the exotic and unusual food that other members of our tour groups look at with caution and even with aversion (Japanese fermented beans for breakfast, anyone?). We are always amazed at the variety of food in the world.

One cannot think
